Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of the personal data associated with your Next Wave Services account, including any phone number used for SMS or WhatsApp notifications.

How to request deletion

Email mahalo@nextwaveservices.com from the address on your account with the subject line Data Deletion Request, or contact your Next Wave Services administrator. Please include your name and the account email.

What we delete

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number) and notification preferences.
• Your stored phone number used for SMS/WhatsApp reminders.
• Personal data we are not required to retain for legal, security, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
