These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Next Wave Services internal team collaboration platform and related application services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is provided for business use to authorized Next Wave Services staff, contractors, and client contacts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, authorized business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
With your consent, the Service sends operational notifications by email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You control these in your profile settings and may disable them at any time. Messaging is for Service notifications only.
Content you submit remains the property of Next Wave Services or its clients as applicable. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that content to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Wave Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
