This Privacy Policy describes how Next Wave Services ("Next Wave Services," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal team collaboration platform and related application services (the "Service"), including notifications we deliver by email, SMS text message, and WhatsApp.
The Service is a private, business-use platform for Next Wave Services staff, contractors, and authorized client contacts. It is not a consumer product and accounts are provisioned by Next Wave Services.
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp reminders are opt-in and configurable in your profile settings. You can change channels, set quiet hours, or turn reminders off at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can stop SMS messages by disabling them in your settings or replying STOP.
We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Service, under contract and only as needed: Cloudflare (hosting/infrastructure), Twilio (SMS delivery), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp message delivery), and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell personal information.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.
